Prepare a useful first conversation

Contact ColdVan Fleet Source

Use the procurement form to explain your refrigerated vehicle project. You can begin with a route description and mark specifications that still need factory input. We are an independent sourcing service; the form is a requirement request rather than a vehicle order.

Vehicle and destination

Name the vehicle type, quantity and receiving state or port. Add body dimensions, payload, temperature duty and wheelbase limits if known. The destination helps frame document questions and delivery scope.

Procurement channel

This form is the available contact route on this site. Give your work email, company and contact name so the requirement can be discussed. No office address, telephone service hours or social account is claimed here.

After you submit

Your inputs are reviewed for gaps before candidate factory outreach. Price, MOQ, inspection possibilities and delivery dates remain subject to supplier confirmation. A response time is not promised; contact details should be accurate.

Send the operating requirement

Tell us what the truck carries and how it runs. Include cargo loading temperature, chilled or frozen duty, ambient conditions and door-opening pattern. Requesting a refrigeration selection without these inputs leaves important assumptions unresolved.

For trucks, add GVWR, axle ratings and usable payload targets, distinguishing completed vehicle requirements from chassis brochure maxima. Describe the preferred powertrain and whether standby power or electric charging needs consideration. For used proposals, request VIN, model year, odometer readings and condition evidence.

Budget and supplier preferences are optional. State currency and whether the budget applies per vehicle or to the total order; describe high-end, mid-range, budget or undecided priorities in terms of equipment, customization and support. You do not need a quotation in hand.

Use a common Incoterm and identify inspection and documentation needs. Import, regulatory and registration acceptance require separate destination-side review. Read the Buyer Guide or browse inquiry options before submitting if the configuration is still open.
