Website policy dated October 10, 2026. This page describes the information requested by the procurement form and the local browser state used by the sourcing-support component. It does not claim certifications, production-system audits or a particular backend retention schedule.

Information you choose to submit

The inquiry form requests contact name, company, work email, optional telephone and procurement requirements. The requirements may include vehicle configuration, cargo operation, quantity, destination, requested timing and document needs. Optional helpers collect a selected inquiry option, target budget, currency, per-unit or total-order basis and supplier preference.

How the form sends your requirements

When JavaScript is available, optional helper values are merged into the existing procurement text field when the browser creates the form submission. The original textarea content remains unchanged on screen. When JavaScript is unavailable, enter those preferences directly into your requirements. The form submits to the site's feedback endpoint; a visible interface alone is not confirmation that a production message has been received.

Procurement purpose and follow-up

The requested information helps review your brief and coordinate relevant candidate factory questions. Scope and any later document-sharing arrangements should be clarified in the sourcing conversation. Avoid including personal identification, financial credentials or unrelated sensitive information. Drawings and confidential vehicle records should be discussed through an agreed exchange route after contact.

Browser storage for support notices

The sourcing-support component stores its initial display time in localStorage and the current session's ticker dismissal in sessionStorage. The initial time is not refreshed when the popup is opened or closed. Automatic and manual support displays stop after seven days from that initial time. If the required storage is unavailable, the component remains hidden. Clearing browser data is controlled by your browser settings.

External services and links

Bootstrap resources are loaded from the listed external CDN, which receives the network request needed to provide those files. External reference and sharing links lead to services governed by their own policies. This website does not describe third-party practices as its own verified safeguards.

Requests about your information

Use the contact page to raise a question about a procurement submission and identify the relevant request without adding unnecessary sensitive data. Backend deletion, retention, receipt and notification behavior require operational verification; no unsupported technical or legal outcome is promised here.
