ColdVan Fleet Source Terms of Service
Website terms dated October 10, 2026. These terms describe the scope of information and procurement inquiries offered through this website. Any supplier engagement, vehicle purchase or paid service requires its own written scope and agreed commercial terms.
Independent sourcing role
ColdVan Fleet Source provides buyer-side requirement capture, candidate manufacturer matching and quotation coordination. It is independent of vehicle manufacturing, dealership operations, import execution, certification, rental and repairs. Website descriptions do not establish supplier access, inventory, authorization or delivery capability.
Information and inquiry options
Catalog entries are possible inquiry starting points. They do not represent confirmed stock or an offer to sell a defined vehicle. Specifications, availability, MOQ, pricing, lead time, warranty scope and inspection arrangements must be confirmed for the exact chassis, body, refrigeration package and order quantity. A specification reference does not replace exact-configuration evidence.
Buyer requirements and decisions
Buyers should provide accurate contact information and identify the intended duty, quantity, destination and required documents. You remain responsible for approving product suitability and commercial scope, and for consulting appropriate parties about import, registration, safety and environmental requirements. A supplier proposal or document request does not imply an approval outcome.
Quotation comparison
Compare offers on one configuration and trade basis. Separate the vehicle, equipment, inspection, inland transport, freight, duty and destination services before evaluating totals. No savings percentage, fixed discount, lowest price or performance result is established by general website content. Optional budget and supplier-tier selections express buyer priorities and are not verified supplier ratings.
Submitting information
Do not place payment-card details, identity documents or confidential technical files into the inquiry textarea. Describe the requirement and discuss any later document exchange after contact. Submission does not reserve stock, place an order, create financing or confirm a delivery date. The receiving system's response determines whether a request was accepted; the website does not replace it with a simulated success notice.
Questions and related policies
Use the procurement contact page for questions about service scope. Review the Privacy Policy before sending personal information. Third-party specifications and supplier responses require their own review and should be retained with model, configuration and date references.
