Add the cold-chain details to the chosen option

These catalog entries are inquiry starting points, not stock listings. A vocational truck, fleet chassis or custom body vehicle needs a separate refrigerated configuration review. Specify the cargo type, chilled or frozen duty, loading temperature, ambient conditions and door-opening pattern so suppliers can identify the refrigeration assumptions behind their proposals.

State internal body dimensions, pallet arrangement and preferred rear or side-door access. Include wheelbase and overall height restrictions where docks or urban routes impose limits. Ask for completed-vehicle mass and the applicable gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) and gross axle weight rating (GAWR), with payload expressed in lb or kg. Insulation and refrigeration equipment affect the capacity available for cargo.

Identify the powertrain, transmission and drive layout. If an electric chassis is considered, distinguish nominal battery capacity from usable battery capacity, and provide charging connector and operating-range requirements. A generic test-cycle figure does not demonstrate the proposed loaded route with refrigeration demand.

Send units by configuration, destination state or port, requested delivery window, Incoterm and document scope. Request itemized vehicle, equipment, inspection, freight and destination charges before comparing totals. Price, availability, MOQ and lead time remain order-specific. Import and registration acceptance must be reviewed with qualified destination advisers.

Optional budget and supplier preference help frame alternatives without becoming verified supplier ratings. Add currency and per-unit or total-order basis. Selecting a card opens the existing inquiry form and preserves the chosen name for submission; it does not create a reservation or a product purchase. The sourcing service and Buyer Guide explain the next checks.
